cleaning and sanitation task scheduling and compliance

Overview: The CSTraxx web application is designed originally for P&G Leipsic to improve the Cleaning and Sanitation compliance by offering managers a centralized system to achieve a higher task completion rate, reduced number of missing tasks and an optimized manufacturing work flow at the plant.

Friendly interface compatible with touch screens: A major part of the CSTraxx will be run on Kiosks available to all the manufacture areas. Users could input all the essential task information on the page with ease, e.g. Completion Time. Users can either reference the predefined Job Aids or enter the notes for managers to review. In addition, the page cannot be saved until all the sub-tasks are being marked as completed by the users to achieve enhanced data integrity.

Dashboard: On the dashboard, the color coded department area will remain red until all of the tasks have been completed on time. It distinguished the department with non 100% completion for managers, and also provides three different views of the statistics, e.g. Yearly, Weekly and Daily, which significantly improved the visibility of all area’s Cleaning and Sanitation compliance.
