RAPID CHANGE MANAGER

Rapid Change Management (RCM) is a web-based software system designed to automate the process of submitting, reviewing, approving and completing a variety of change requests for a global manufacturer. This system replaces a paper-based system and vastly improves the entire process for change management eliminating not only paper but wasted time in meetings.

One of the main features is the capability to manage change requests. From the application, users are able to start a new change request and server as change owners or opt in to a current change as their department or site roles. They could ask questions; add comments; assign follow-ups; request meetings and so forth depending on the current stages of the change request by using the flexible controls within RCM. All of the user behaviors will be documented in the log for a completed change history.

Throughout the application, there is also the ability to perform action control for department administrators to review and approve submitted requests, manage user and site roles, search for changes with given criteria, and view customized reports.
